Our 2025 Argonaut Rosé begins long before the sun reaches the vineyards of Provence. The grapes are picked in the cool of the night and the first light of morning, preserving the freshness that defines this beautifully balanced rosé. Gently pressed and slowly vinified at low temperatures, the result is a wine that feels every bit as calm and composed as the landscape it comes from.

Its delicate candy-pink colour hints at what follows. The first aromas are softly floral before opening into fresh summer fruits, a touch of rose petal and bright citrus. On the palate it is light, elegant and effortlessly refreshing, with layers of ripe fruit carried by a gentle mineral thread that lingers long after each sip.

A carefully judged blend of 35% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 15% Mourvèdre, 15% Carignan and 15% Rolle, Argonaut captures everything we love about Provence. Fresh enough for a warm afternoon, expressive enough to accompany a long lunch, and refined enough to become the bottle that quietly disappears before anyone notices.
