Primitivo di Manduria Areale Giustini 2022

A generous, fruit-forward red from Manduria — made with purpose, not pretence.

From the sun-drenched soils of Puglia’s DOC Manduria, this Primitivo has all the warmth and depth you'd hope for. Rich, velvety and full of ripe black cherry, plum and a touch of spice, it’s bold but balanced — with soft tannins and just enough grip to pair confidently with food.

It’s the kind of red that makes sense with grilled lamb, slow-cooked ragù, or a strong, crumbly cheese. Comforting, expressive and unpretentious — the sort of wine that holds the room without raising its voice.

At 14.5% ABV, it’s no wallflower — but it wears its weight well.

Serve at 16–18°C. Best enjoyed over food, stories, or both.
