Clean, bright, and distinctly southern - this organic Vermentino is a bit of Provence in a bottle. Grown on sun-soaked soils and picked by hand, it’s a wine that doesn’t shout but knows exactly what it’s doing.

It’s fresh and balanced, with a gentle grip and just the right amount of Mediterranean swagger. No make-up, no fuss - just well-made white wine from people who know their land.

Pair it with what’s around you: grilled fish, white meats, a bowl of mussels, or a proper Niçoise salad (anchovies included, please). It also plays nicely with the gentler things - pistou soup, ratatouille, light cheeses, and long lunches that roll into dinner.

Serve it chilled (7–9°C), open with intent, and ideally drink it somewhere with dappled shade and the scent of thyme in the air.
