Hand-harvested late for ripeness and depth, each bunch is sorted the old-fashioned way: by eye, by hand, by people who know what they’re looking for. No shortcuts. Just patience, precision, and a feel for the land.

The result is a quietly expressive rosé with a little more soul than most - delicate on the nose, but with enough structure to stand up for itself.

We like it with the usual suspects - fresh salads, grilled fish, light meats, and soft cheeses - but it’s just as happy alongside whatever’s on your summer table.

Serve it slightly chilled (7–9°C), open it with friends, and don’t overthink it.
