Made from 100% Cortese grapes grown in the heart of Piedmont, La Smilla’s Gavi di Gavi is everything you want from a northern Italian white: fresh citrus, green apple, almond on the finish, and a mineral edge that speaks to the region’s hillside soils.

It’s light but not flimsy. Polished but never flashy. The kind of wine that leans into simplicity — and rewards it.

Perfect as an aperitif, but also brilliant with grilled fish, seafood pasta, spring vegetables, or burrata with olive oil and lemon zest.
