Triton is our easygoing red — made from Syrah and Grenache, grown in the sunbaked hills of Cabrières in the Languedoc. It’s a mellow, ruby-toned wine with just enough grip to keep things interesting.

There’s plenty of red fruit, a hint of liquorice, and no added sulphites — so what you taste is purely what the land and the vintage gave us.

It’s great with pasta, grilled meats, or a decent wedge of cheese, but honestly, it shines brightest when there’s a table full of friends and not too much ceremony. Tannic, well-balanced, and just as happy served slightly chilled on a warm evening.

You can drink it now, or let it evolve over the next couple of years if you’re feeling patient.
