Zeus is a Méthode Traditionnelle Brut made from 100% Chenin Blanc, with its second fermentation happening slowly in the bottle - the old-school Champagne way. The result? Pale, dry, fresh, with a fine bead of bubbles and a clean, biscuity finish that lingers just long enough.

It’s aged in cool limestone cellars, which adds finesse and subtle tension to the wine - nothing showy, just beautifully made and quietly expressive.

Perfect as an aperitif, but just as happy alongside shellfish, soft cheeses (think Brillat-Savarin, Gruyère, Tomme des Pyrénées), or something sweet and fruit-laced for afters.
