Rêve de la Sirène Ed.01 'Zeus'

A Méthode Traditionnelle Brut 'Cremant' from the Loire valley in France. Made using the Champagne method from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Deliciously dry and fresh with a pale colour, tiny bubbles and a biscuity finish. Aged in limestone cellars.  

2021 Appellation Vouvray Contrôlée. Limited edition of 1200 bottles. 

'Zeus' makes a perfect aperitif, and is an excellent match with fish and cheeses such as Brillat-Savarin, Gruyere and Tomme des Pyrénées cheese. It also pairs well with fruit based desserts.
