Rêve de la Sirène - Huile d'olive vierge extra 2025

Some of the oldest stories in Provence aren’t told by the vines, but by the olive trees.

This exceptional extra virgin olive oil comes from the same estate that produces our Argonaut and Pegasus wines. The grove is planted with traditional Provençal varieties including Bouteillan, Aglandau and Picholine, with some trees having stood here for centuries.

The olives are grown using traditional organic methods, harvested at perfect ripeness, and taken straight to the mill while still fresh from the tree. That care is reflected in every drop.

Deep green in colour, it has an aroma of fresh-cut grass, dried fruits and a gentle hint of artichoke. On the palate it is beautifully balanced, with a lively peppery finish that lingers without overwhelming.

Like the best olive oils, this one deserves very little interference. Drizzle it over ripe tomatoes, fresh goat’s cheese or creamy mozzarella. Finish a carpaccio of vegetables, fish or beef. Or simply pour a little into a shallow dish, tear off a piece of fresh bread, and let the oil do all the talking.

Sometimes the simplest things are the most memorable. This is one of them.
