Roland Champion - Secret D’Aramis - Champagne - Brut - 75cl

The Champion family has been growing grapes in Chouilly since the 18th century, quietly supplying some of Champagne’s great houses. Today, François Champion and his daughters are keeping more of their harvest to produce wines under their own name. We’re rather glad they are.

Secret d’Aramis is a beautifully elegant Champagne, blending Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with fine bubbles and delicate notes of ripe quince, yellow stone fruits, freshly baked biscuits and honey. A low dosage of just 5g/L preserves its lovely mineral freshness and long, graceful finish.
